We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $8 (UPS Ground only). All orders over $75 will receive FREE shipping. ShopCharm-It.com uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all orders. 

Delivery:
We only ship to delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia.  Please note we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes.  

All orders are shipped from Fair Lawn, NJ, and will be delivered between 5-15 days from the ship date. 

If your order exceeds $100, it will automatically be shipped with a “signature requirement” from UPS.  To waive this requirement, you will need to send an email to customerservice@highintencity.com within 24 hours of order placement. Please note, waiving the signature requirement exempts High IntenCity from any responsibility for lost or stolen items. 

Notifications and Receipts:
ShopCharm-It.com will email you an order confirmation. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include the UPS tracking # associated with your shipment.

Damaged Items:
If a package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of arrival. We will arrange for the return of the item(s), and a replacement will be sent to you. 

Lost Packages:
In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification via email or phone, within thirty (30) days of order placement.  

Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit for the amount of the purchase, excluding the original shipping cost and any return postage required. The store credit issued is valid for sixty (60) days only.

Item Condition:
All items returned must be received in their original condition, including the original packaging, in order to qualify for store credit.

Return Timeframe:
Returns must be post-marked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Obtaining an RA#:
In order to return an item(s), you must email your request to customerservice@highintencity.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Items returned without a valid RA# will not be issued store credit.

How to Make a Return:

1.  Obtain an RA# (See obtaining an RA# section above)
2.  Securely pack item(s) along with a copy of the packing slip and RA#. The RA# must be   listed on the outside of the package in addition to the enclosed packing slip. We are unable to process the return without a valid RA#.
3.  Ship the item(s) back to:

Customer Service will email your store credit information. You are able to access any store credit information through your ShopCharm-It.com account.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. To safeguard your return, we advise you to obtain a tracking number and package insurance.

Return Exceptions:

1.  Items damaged in shipment are exceptions to the original condition terms.
2.  Sale and Clearance items are not subject to return.
